eCompany Solution:

We introduce our solution for small business called - eCompany (only in Czech language). This package consists of many programs for automating many tasks in your firm (eAttendance, ePost, eContacts, eKnowledge, ...).

We know that your firm grows in time and so all the programs are available in several versions that would suit your company. Two main versions are Start version and Registered version.

• Bonus version - fully functional version that is free for download. This version is identical to Registered version but it doesn't require a registration number.

• Start version - is free for download and is intended for small firms. It has several restrictions from the registered version (these restrictions should not matter to small firms (Start version doesn't support divisions - but it supports multi-user use of the program over the local net, print restrictions, backup restrictions, ...)

• Registered version - available after entering a registration number to the Start version. There are no restrictions.
  The registration number will be generated for you after transferring $25 to our account.

• Demo version - is a special version. It works just like a registered version but it is restricted to only 10 items in a data file. This is only for testing and evaluation purposes.

All these versions are for your convinience included in one installation package that you can download from our download page.

All programs in the package eCompany have similar interface and similar philosophy. The programs allow users to work with the programs over the net, contain import and export modules (export to Word, Excel and Internet) and the basic exchange data format is a very progressive format XML (you can view these files in Internet Explorer).

eAttendance

Program eAttendance is developed for complex attendance management. The program automates majority of tasks concerning attendance. The program is available in server and client version - it means the users can work with the same data over the net. The program is able to generate many attendance reports - day reports, week reports, month reports, ...

Program ePošta is developed for small business for tracking and complete management of all incoming and outgoing mails. The program automates majority of tasks concerning mails. The program is available in server and client version - it means the users can work with the same data over the net.
New version of the program allows the user to use internal database of Czech ZIP codes for correct and fast typing. The program also automatically generates catalog of all companies. The program contains a module for printing postal receipts in the form usual in the Czech Republic.

Program can be used as a knowledge portal for your company. The whole application is designed to allow users collaboration over the portal content (without knowing the details about Internet publishing technologies like HTML, ...). All data are stored in SQL Server database. Users access the data from their browser. The application is developed using the newest technologies like C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, ...
Users are divided into groups and according to their access rights they can filter the content using keywords and search the content using fulltext. All content is divided into several categories (user defined) for easier browsing.
